RED River of God
A website, member app and leadership back end for a church across two campuses.
The challenge
A new church of about 300 people across two campuses was running on WhatsApp groups. There was no member list, visitors slipped through the cracks and Sunday rosters were organised by hand.
Leadership needed one place to approve new members, follow up visitors and plan services, without paying for several separate tools.
What we built
- A public website with service times, campuses, ministries, E-Cells, events, a gallery and the latest services pulled in from YouTube.
- An installable member app with sermon notes, a built-in calendar members can subscribe to, ministry sign-ups and their own Sunday roster.
- A leadership dashboard that shows what needs attention: people waiting for approval, new visitor cards, ministry join requests and merch orders awaiting payment.
- Run sheets with one shared order of service and separate rosters per campus, plus visitor QR codes for each campus.
- A merch catalogue with EFT payment references, and POPIA consent with scoped access for ministry leaders.
