The challenge

Coaches were tracking matches on paper and in spreadsheets, so season trends were lost and nobody could see how a team was really performing.

Player medical details lived in parents’ WhatsApp messages and paper forms. On match day, staff could not quickly see who had consent on file, who had allergies, or who was still returning from a concussion.

The product also had to pay for itself: each school needed its own private space, a free trial and simple billing.

What we built

• A multi-school platform where each school or club is fully separate, with admin and coach roles and email invites.
• Match capture that does the scoring automatically and records set pieces, discipline, turnovers and 22-metre entries, rolled up into season analytics and PDF reports.
• A player database with height, weight and fitness test history, personal bests and spreadsheet import and export.
• A medical register with emergency cards, an access log on every view, a team medical sheet for away trips and a graduated return-to-play tracker for concussions.
• Billing with a 30-day trial, PayStack card subscriptions or invoice and EFT, grace periods and automatic reminders.
